Return, exchange and refund policies


Before returning an item, please first contact us at info@veinage.ca

Any goods to be returned should be sent to Veinage workshop, located at 2177 Masson Street suite# 203, Montreal, Que. H2H 1B1 Canada at the customer expense and must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be in original condition. Any damaged or worn item will not be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the prescribed period.

If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your Veinage purchase, it will please us to exchange or refund your item as soon as possible. However, you must send your complaint within ten (10) days from reception of your item Veinage. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. Transportation costs will be payd by the customer.

Knowing that many customers buy items to give as gifts, we are flexible for return and exchange times during the Christmas holiday period, from October 15 to January 15. Please note that the item must be unworn and must have the original label and proof of purchase. Any transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
