All items displayed on the online shop are ready to be shipped. Sometimes, we may be out of stock due to simultaneous orders or an oversight on our part ;) If this is the case with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of short delays in production or if a leather was discontinued.
Once payment is completed and order is received, Veinage is committed to the items posted within 3 business days maximum. Reception of the package depends on the destination. You can contact us if you want an approximation. You can pay more for shipping if you want your parcel shipped in express. Shipments are made either by Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, UPS or Dicom either by land or by air. Tracking number will be provided only for parcel posted in Canada. For international shipping, please ask for a shipment assurance before buying the item. For an additonnal cost I will provide a tracking number for internationnal shipment. For packages sent outside of Canada, there is no tracking number provided automatically. Veinage is not responsible for loss or damage during transport.
